what is going with NVC, please advice

NVC received my AOS package on 26 September and received IV package on Friday 28 September, I called today to find if those packages have been review yet or receive in and the operator said NO we havent receive nothing from you, all these packages were sign for by NVC. all fees paid befere I sent it all documents. what is going on?

Your package is probably in the mail room.

It take 7-10 business days to review the packages, so you have to wait. Hopefully you will get a case complete by the end of this week

Remember, the operators will only see the packages have been received AFTER the review has begun on those packages. Until then, their computers show nothing.
