Hi all,

When we started the VISA for K1 I had assumed over 200 days for all processing up to Interview. My assumption was that I would go and get her Mid February.

Our NOA1 was 7/13/12 and now, only 76 days later have this message "On September 27, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE"

I have looked at other timelines who had there NOA1 on 6/13/12 (a Month before ours) and have interviews scheduled for 11/2/12 in Manila...

So now I am thinking that she is going to likely be done with her interview and all by the end of the year. Is that a valid estimate?

Thanks for any info..

Yes CSC s processing quicker than VSC, so if you haven't already get all of your paperwork together, and she will be here by Christmas.

How did you get notification of your info to the NVC and get the appointment so quickly? did you call the NVC and pressure them at all?

About a week or so after the USCIS approves your petition, start calling the NVC to get your MNL case number. Once you have your MNL case number, you can schedule the Embassy interview and complete the medical.

Congratulations. I also was approved faster than I thought. I filed for my wife in July. So I'm hoping my wife will be here for New Year.

Once again Congratulations and good luck.

I check out our case status at the USCIS on Sept 14 and found a post decisions that my fiance' petitions was approved on Sept 11. And when he got home found also on mail box a hard copy of our NOA2. We called the NVC right away and advice to call again after 2 days, we got our case number after 2 days and said they already forwarded our case file to Manila consulate. (Keep calling and we got our NVC letter on Sept. 29 thru mail)

I printed the BPI pay slip at http://ustraveldocs....paymentinfo.asp and pay my visa on the 19th of Sept. with my original passport (1 photocopy). Set my interview on the 20th of Sept thru phone call and got our Appointment Confirmation thru mail.

I printed my Appointment letter (2copies) and 2 copies of SLEC Online Registration http://www.slec.ph/us/registration/ and 3 copies 2x2 pics, for my medical.

My medical was done on Sept 24-25... hehe Wew!!

Good luck and God bless !!!
