DS3032 delays normal? Y or N

Hi guys.

Question on the DS3032, does the NVC have to receive this form BEFORE they send you the rest of the forms?

The NVC received our petition from the USCIS on the 6th of August, we paid our $88 AOS bill online which was accepted, and we completed our DS3032 form and it was posted on the 20th of September by registered post (apparently hasn't arrived yet)

So in lieu of all the above I just wanted to know if waiting for the I-864 and other essential forms for two months is customary when they haven't yet noted our agent?

Many thanks

The DS-3032 has to do with the AOS Bill. It's what releases if you will the IV Bill track. You paid the AOS so you can now send that paperwork in and have all your IV BILL at the ready because soon as they accept DS-3032 then you will be invoiced for IV BILL and you can send that in.

Don't forget your var-coded sheet from the payments portal.

Thanks for that dwheels. That certainly explains the wait. With reference to the bar coded

Sheet, the email notification that was sent to us had the DS3032 as an attachment, I did note the bar code at the top, all I did was print it out, complete it and send it in should I have done something differently? Because I'm not sure what the "payment portal" is :/

My goodness my typos. Glad u could understand me.

The payment portal is where u went to pay the $88 there's a print document barcode sheet u print.

That's the sheet that goes with the AOS. Than when u pay the IV bill ($230) u print that sheet.

If you mailed in instead of email ur DS-3032 that's a different barcoded sheet.

Hopefully they will figure it all out.

Oh #######, pity I hadn't asked for your guidance before jumping the gun on this one and sending off the wrong form. I am thinking since it's the 1st of October in the U.S. and they haven't yet received the form maybe what I should do is quickly do it the right way and fast post it there again with CORRECT documentation.

Dilemmas dilemmas :(

Well as per usual your advice wheels is worth it's weight in gold. This is like the third time you've answered a couple of my too hard basket questions, thank you so much.
