Hi all, I am new here. Just found this Forum and I think it's amazing, provide a lot of very useful information.

Anyway, I have few questions and I hope someone can give me an answers.

I want to enter a lottery for Diversity Visa, it's now on Tuesday. So now I have a bit complicated situation... I met a girl, she is actually living in US and she is US citizen. Our relationship is not so long, so we can't married yet, well if You understand what I mean. We are not too long together so still it's not time for that :). Now, I am not sure what is going to happen in the future, maybe we will stay together, maybe not, man never know what can happen in our lives. So I want to enter the lottery and try to get a Visa. Now, what is going to happen if we decide to married in the meantime? Will I have problems to get a Visa via our marriage then? Can I stop that process for Diversity Visa and start a new one to get Visa via marriage?

Also, can you tell me what exactly do I need to fill the form for the lottery now on Tuesday? I know that I need a photo and I have one, but what else? :)

Thanks in advance

There is no problem entering the lottery and also filing for a K1 fiance or CR-1 spousal visa if you decide to get married.

Entering the lottery is a chance to apply for a visa is you are from a lottery allowed country and have the correct educational background. You are more apt to die from a lightening bolt than to win this lottery so it isn't counted against any other process.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
