We meet in November 2009 in Phoenix Arizona.

In October 2011, I asked Jeanie to go on a date with me in November 2011.

We have been planning the wedding for some time now.

We are now Investigating the immigration as family circumstances has forced us to move the wedding forward.

Jeanie is coming to the United Kingdom in November, which I am very excited about we plain to prepare the paperwork then and file the petition when she returns the United States

If you get married in your country you will go the CR-1 route. When you enter the USA you will receive your greencard in about a month or two after you arrive. If you go K-1 you cannot be married yet and will need to marry stateside and within 3 months of entering. Then you apply for AOS and once that's approved you can get your greencard.

It really depends when and where you plan on getting married. If you get married in the UK, you can file for the CR-1 visa. If you get married in the US, you can file for the K1 visa, but you cannot get married until the visa has been approved and must marry within 90 days after arriving in the US.

**Moved from K1 to General Immigration Related Discussion. OP has not yet decided which visa route is best for them.

OK thanks we are planning to get married in the United States so the K1 Visa is the best for us.

A couple of quick questions regarding the medical exam:

1) I have had Hypopituitarism from a young age, the condition is under control and treated with tablets.

2) I have a slight limp due to a couple of accidents I had in 2007 & 2010. I do not need any medicines for this.

3) Other than the conditions outlined above my general health is good.

Would these conditions be likely to cause me problems or delays and is there anything I can do to speed up the process?

It all depends on the kind of treatment that you would need for the Hypopituitarism, I believe; but I am not an expert on these matters.

This is rare, why don't you check with a approved Civil Surgeon, to see the Dr opinion as it seems easily controlled with medication. I am sure it will all work out.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
