you said your interview was October 25th 2012, that date has not arrived yet. When was the interview? You need to give them the w2 without a doubt. Go to ww.irs.gov and find the phone number and have your co sponsor call to get a replacement w2 sent.

Have the sponsor obtain a transcript of their 2011 return from the IRS. That is preferred over the actual return and supporting documents.

Without the W2(s) the return would not be complete.

Never send originals of any document unless specifically required.

Transcripts are preferred because no other supporting docs are needed. In the case of a joint tax return being used by a sponsor, their individual W2/1099 info would be needed to confirm their share of the joint income shown.

I am simply attaching the copies (Xerox or Photocopy) of the Tax Return Transcript along with the copies of W2s by my fiancee and our joint sponsor too. But I don't have 1099, would it be okay ?

if you submitted a 1099 during the tax season, then no, it's not ok.

To get a COMPLETE picture, instead, send off the IRS Tax Transcript.
