POE in Dallas and domestic connecting flight: 2.45 between flights enough?

I've been reading POE reviews but I would like to hear some more detailed insights.

I'm a K1-visa holder from Spain and I'll be arriving in US with Dallas as my POE. I know there are several factors that affect waiting times at POE (even luck lol) but I think that the concrete month and arriving time are two really decisive points when doing the math.

1. I'm arriving Dec 2 (Thanksgiving is over and not Christmas time yet: is this a busy season?) at about 5.30pm (rush hour?). My next and last flight (domestic) will leave at 8.15pm

My seat is aisle and almost at the front (line 13). I'll try to be quick and run over ppl's heads once out of the plane  but I'm concerned because I've the feeling Dallas is freaking busy and I won't have enough time... I realized this too late, when I had already booked my flight so well... :bonk:

2. Another question, when I arrive in Dallas which line should I go through: US residents, US citizens, or visitors?

:help:

Hello,

I tried Dallas airport, and its really way better compared to JFK which I used as well.

You have a reasonable time between your flights, I would not worry, you will be fine.

When you get in, there is a line for US citizens, and a line for anyother (visitors, new immigrants bla bla bla), you should be in this second line.

Enjoy your trip

Well thanks, I'll keep my fingers crossed and try to be the fastest once the plane lands.

You know, I'm at the point where I'm paranoid about every single detail... :innocent:
