did it come out of your ears?

worse than that. ALL UPPER ORIFICES. <EOM>

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yes, still closed. Totally ridiculous considering that the area isn't even affected. Bye bye case closed and December date... We're *this* close to giving up both our businesses and being unemployed just to be able to be together somewhere. This whole process is going to ruin our lives completely. And again, I see cases that barely took 4 months from I-130 to interview and it just isn't fair. It's been 7 months for us and we still have months and months to go.

Don't be discouraged. If NVC is closed nothing for IR1/CR1 is being scheduled. So not like someone is getting ahead of you. Everybody is stopped.

Sorry its taking so long. Today I been at NVC 3 months. Not their fault but still. And my NOA2 only took 3 months. Than lost for 31 days so I have been around fro 7 months. Still waiting fro IV BILL documents from husband. You just have to make the best of what you have. I pray you get a case complete any day to get your December interview. I know My dream was a September one. Oh well. :)

went to Fedex office to mail my package and lady telling me I am wasting my time sending it express bcoz they will not deliver it so I listen to her and mail it 2 day and she said even that is stupid and waste of money but I was like its my money go ahead and waste it. So after I got home I went to Fedex website and checked the delay about the storms since NH is one of the states that is affected. Well I dont see NVC zipcode listed as being affected!!! For 7 dollars more I could have had it reach tmrw :bonk:

Really!! Well I guess I will do that because my husband he say he can't because he super super busy :( :( :( :( sometimes I just want to give up!! :(

Don't give up!

You can call NVC; be ready to give the following info:

- your case #

- name and date of birth of the beneficiary

- name and date of birth of the petitioner

Then the operator will go over the e-mail addresses you or your spouse provided and the phone number they have on file. And then: "what is your question?" :)

Good luck:)
