I would quickly email the DS-3032 you sent through the ail. Who knows when they may receive it its 2 months now. Use the Template in the Post #1 at the beginning of this thread and get that off. Put in the Subject: Supervisor Review, Beneficiary Full Name and your Case#-2nd time sent

Should I email it using my mom's email or it it okay if I use mine?

No one knows what. It usually doesn't take when they receive about 10 to 15 business days but call every few days you may get blessed. It is what it is. But at least its there so be happy.

ok am happy now just hope things start going fast!

I have a question concerning the pictures needed. I told my wife to get them taken and she was asking me if they have to be PASSPORT pictures or VISA pictures?? What is the difference?

Not sure what the difference is, just make sure they're 2" x 2" and meet the other NVC requirements: http://travel.state.gov/visa/visaphotoreq/visaphotoreq_5334.html
