hello i have a problem i accidentally log in my account to the online visa application instead of the fee payment and it appears like this "Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you believe that you have received this message in error." what does it mean? i am a ds230 holder

Which website was it? USCIS website? Or the NVC payment website. I it was the payment website.

Means you can't make a payment as of yet I do believe. I think that's how mine came up.

It's a little weird the embassy emailing your husband to pick up an envelope. I'd suggest looking at the sender's email address and make sure it's valid (and not a scam).

You need to fill in your timeline. We can't help you if we have no idea where you are in the process.

yea well you think its worth calling USCIS? can they check if the file is still there or if it has been dispatched already? I don't want to be in the forgotten pile...but yea am waiting patiently for case number

As Darnell schooled me yes call USCIS ( I wish I had instead of waiting 28 days). Ask a Tier 2 operator "when did your case PHYSICALLY leave. When I asked she was like "its still here do you want me to put in a request to send it" blink.gif

OMG - you've come up for air. How's it going? Pond Jump OK ? House settlement/cleaning/re-arranging/revamping ok ?

Going well. We've been redoing the flooring in the house and I changed jobs. :D

The only snag in the trip back here was that it took for-bloody-ever to get through immigration at DTW. That and Delta decided that since her ticket back to here wasn't booked at the same time as mine we had to pay for one of her bags. This would be after they assured me on the phone that wouldn't be the case. Not the end of the world, but damned annoying anyway.

Trips:

Jan2010 - First Trip, met in person

Jul2010 - Trip two!

Nov2010 - Trip Three, Got engaged :)

Feb2011 - Trip Four. Spring Festival, Lucky Money all around :D

April2011 - Trip Five... Going to the chapel...

July2011 - Trip Six... Honeymoon in Xiamen :D

October2011 - Trip Seven... Beijing and the Great Wall :)

January2012 - Trip Eight... Chinese New Years and Spring Festival! More Lucky Money! :D

April2012 - Trip Nine... Interview?

Paper work for CR1:

28 July 2011 - 20January 2012 - Day 175... USCIS at CSC finally processed our paper work.

30January2012 - NVC 'received' the paperwork

6February2012 - NVC GUZ case number assigned - Attempted to OPTIN to EP.

7February2012 - NVC GZO (EP) case number assigned

8February2012 - 27February Massive delay caused by sending the EP OPTIN email too soon :(

28February2012 - AOS Fee Paid

29February2012 - AOS Fee shows paid, AOS Package sent in

5March2012 - IV Fee shows paid (paid on 3March), IV (DS-230) Package sent in

6March2012 - AOS Rejected due to minor error, corrected version emailed in

8March2012 - Email received indicating AOS correction and DS-230 review in process

9March2012 - Case Complete Email - END NVC PROCESS

15March2012 - Interview Scheduled: 18April2012 (Document turn-in: 17April2012)

foo, send them an invoice back , to the accounting office, with a letter of explanation.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Hi Everyone!

So I filed my mom's petition April 2012 and we received the NVC email with the ds-3032 August 9. We paid the AOS bill and mailed the ds3032 right away. We then submitted the affidavit of support, got all the checklist and submitted needed forms. Everything was going fast until around September when I kept getting a checklist (3 total) that they need the ds3032. I called all 3 times and they confirmed that they have it but its not yet processed. But its been so long now and we still haven't gotten any emails and the IV fee is not invoiced yet. Is that normal? What should I do?

Thanks in advance!

I would quickly email the DS-3032 you sent through the ail. Who knows when they may receive it its 2 months now. Use the Template in the Post #1 at the beginning of this thread and get that off. Put in the Subject: Supervisor Review, Beneficiary Full Name and your Case#-2nd time sent
