Weirdddd. That's exactly the same as EP case complete emails. I know NVC emails the case complete to non-EP folk if they first email them with an inquiry on their case. But since you and the other VJ member didn't, dunno what they're up to.

Maybe they are finally changing their system so that everyone gets an email notification? I'll have to email my auntie and see if she can get some insight (a family friend of ours works at NVC in Portsmouth).

I just got my case complete email! I called late last night for an update and they said my DS260 civil documents hadn't even been reviewed yet, much less anyhting about them wrapping the case up! Due to the aforementioned crankiness and general apathy shown so far by the NVC operators I had decided to hold off until Monday before punishing myself by calling again so thank goodness for the email system!

I keep calling the NVC but the same answer every day "We haven't received your DS-230 and your AOS yet"..... They also said they only schedule once a month and are scheduling November right now, so no way for me to get in for November :( That means I can't see my hubby for another 3 months

I just can't stand this wait anymore..... I have a business to transfer to the US on top of the move and if I can't get this done before the end of the year the tax mess becomes unbearable....

Many of us know exactly what you mean. Just keep on keepin' on and before you know it you'll be back together. You should be in for a December interview and your spouse should be home by January at the latest. Just thank God you don't have any more steps afterwards like some of us do.

Thanks for the encouraging words... Actually, I am the one moving, not my spouse ;)

I am thankful for every step completed and really hope I can still get an interview this year. Because even though I don't have any more US government steps, I have the business transfer :(

I don't know why you wouldn't get an interview this year. I'm like 99% positive you'll be golden for an interview in December. :) I don't think Germany is too terribly backlogged or incompetent.

They did, which just goes to prove the folks answering the phones at NVC don't have a clue.
