####### is wrong with NVC that they hire such RUDE people. Casey, I hope you see this. Your customer service is HORRIBLE. You have some nerve telling me I'm trying to cut in front of thousands of people waiting for visa interviews when you have NO F***ING CLUE as to what I've been through. So you know what you miserable old bag, go f yourself.

Apparently scheduling via ustraveldocs.com isn't a "valid option" for first time visa appointments and in trying to schedule a first time appointment I "cut the line" and the appointment won't be honored. F***ing stupid BS.

Wow, some operators are just ridiculous I had one myself when I was waiting for an interview Just ignore those types. Like you said, they're clueless. I'm sure most (if not all) have never spent months apart from their loved ones like a lot of us do during this process.

I just made the $88 payment for the AOS and I am able to print the AOS Document Cover Sheet eventhough payment show still "IN PROCESS".

Can I go ahead and send the AOS package now ?

I suggest waiting until the payment clears and says PAID. But it's up to you.

You can print while it's in process. The point of waiting is that if for some reason the payment is delayed or there's an issue, you might have to re-send everything.

operators at NVC are truly rude. everytime I call I hold for 20mins just to ask a 1min question if my case got there yet and they get very upset that I am not waiting 15 days then call. I told them I dont mind holding just to find out but the lady told me I am wasting her time It seems simple enough for them to check .....

Too bad I can't like buy out NVC and re-haul it to better standards. Everything would be online. And I'd personally train those damn operators

it's easy - ask them to find out if yer casefile hit the door by giving over yer USCIS casefile #.

It's really, really easy.

Prepare to be repetitive, over a week's time.

However, since yer complaining about it - I strongly offer to you that you should read post #1 again, from a PC, and study (this time).

Just got an NVC email and thought, it the interview info - it was just the case complete email (that's a pretty good gap between actual case complete and notification).

Hmm, weird, you got it as a non-EP person. Did you email NVC at any point asking for a status update on your case?
