I am living in United State now. I think the national visa center will forward my wife case next month for the interview. Is that possible to go my country and present during the time of my wife's interview. Will there any red flag if I stay with my wife during the time of wife's visa.

You can go visit your wife when she has her interview. Some countries allow the husband/wife/fiance/fiancée to attend the interview or stay on the grounds while others don't. I've never seen where it is a negative when a partner has attended an interview. If your case appears weak (little evidence, have red flags, you've been RFEed or you're country is high on fraud) it may be imperative you attend the interview if possible or at least be in the country. Call/email the necessary authorities to confirm if you can or can't.
