Bro, i know how you must feel. but you have to be strong. some people dont receive noa1 and they just receive bio-metrics letter. They have cleared ur check which means they have ur package. wait the 30 days as described but i believe you should receive something before then. call uscis to confirm they have ur address updated... . best of luck

thanks for support. well i called them again and turns out that my biometrics was scheduled for 11/10 and i missed it because i didnt received any letter... i got freaked out when they told me that, but since i didnt received it they put a request to reschedule it. they gave me confirmation number and i gotta call them back in 10 days to find out when they will schedule it. i guess every 751 applicants should learn a lesson out of my situation... i told her what was my chances to for rescheduling fingerprints and she told me 75% so i hope they will fix it within 10 days..

hello guys.. just an update about my noa1 since i did not received it in the mail.. I did call uscis and when i spoke to the lady on the phone she told me that they can't send me a copy/duplicate of the noa1. She advised me to make an infopass at the local uscis and talk to them about the situation. I did went to uscis last wednesday (oct. 7).. So to make the story short, they asked for my passport and put a stamp on it..

Finally, I've got a chance to update you all on my status. My NOA1 date is 10/30/2012, my step-son's NOA1 is dated 10/31/2012 and it looks different. It just says that - this is to verify that you are included as a dependent in the request for RoC filed by the above alien (my wife's name), this verification extends the validity of your GC for one year etc...

Does this look right to you?

My wife have already received her Biometrics Appt. date (11/26/2012) but my step son has not gotten one, even though I have paid two biometric fees for both of them. This doesn't sound right, does it?

Also, the EAC# on our NOAs is different from EAC# on my wife's Biometric Appt letter. When I go to USCIS web-site to check the status, I can only SUCCESSFULLY use her EAC# from Biometrics letter and not the EAC from the NOAs. It tells me, the application cannot be found. Can you guys help me to understand, why the EACs differ, but the rest of the information IS correct. Also, if any of you know, if the dependent step-kid (9-years old) should also receive Bio Appt Letter or not?

PS. forgot to mention, the quality of the paper of our two NOAs is regular (slightly greenish/greyish hued thick sheet paper). The Bio Appt Letter came on a plain white double-sided sheet with no water marks, but with the scan code on the front page. Is this normal? I seem to remember that our Bio Letter before came on a green sheet of paper...

Tier 2 just wanted to play games. She said to resubmit and not even tell them about my K2 daughter. Her point was that Des is a US citizen and USCIS should not even be involved at this point. I have an infopass appointment on Thursday in Atlanta. At least there I will have a live person to yell at.

Bottom line is that my wifes green card expires in four weeks, and I hope Atlanta can extend it.

Finally NOA1 dated 11/09/2012.

Updated Slelant's Information.

1. Your wife's NOA1 & your Setp-son's NOA1 are right.

2. I think your step-son also suppose to have a Biometrics letter. But i am not sure.Lets see anybody else knows about this.You can also call 1-800 number from Bio letter and find out.

3. NOA1 EAC# & Biometrics EAC# are always different. The EAC# on your Biometrics letter is the main & you can check your case status by using this EAC#.

4. The paper quality as you described is NORMAL. So no worries.
