Hi leenie... When i went for my biometrics for aos they did give me back my appt letter and i still have it actually... Its neat coz my bio for my aos is the same date as my bio for roc (except for the year of course lol)...

Yeah, that is neat! Cool, then. I'll tuck ours in the immigration folder and forget about it.cool.gif

We just received our biometrics letter. Updating the list. My biometrics date is for December 4th but I am thinking of doing a walk in next week. I will update next week if I am successful.

You must be a LPR resident (have your green card) for three years to become a citizen, even if you have been married for longer. Similar to the ROC, you can apply for citizenship 90 days before your third year anniversary of residence (not of marriage). So, you have a little bit longer to wait. But if your ROC is not approved before you are eligible to apply for citizenship, you're still allowed to go ahead and apply.

Hey guys how are you doing? I have a situation going on and I need somebody who can assist me what to do about it. I sent my

packagr for removing conditions on 10/24 and received it on 10/25. On 30th I saw that they cleared my check, but I'm still waiting for my NOA but nothing yet. I know that it usually take couple of days to receive it after they clear check, but not in my case. I already called my local post office to find out if they had anything, but unfortunately they dont. I just called USCIS customer service as well and they told me that I should wait 30 days and if I won't receive it, after they will take some actions. Right now I'm

kinda freaking out, because if they mailed me my fingerprint notice and for some reason USPS couldnt deliver it, I might miss it. I'm confused because I don't have any kind of source to find out what's going on. Could anybody help me out with that? I was thinking maybe I should call USCIS again and tell them that it's been a month already?

Here is an update after talking to USCIS. I was told that the son(15 years of age) would not recieve an NOA1 (extension letter) as we only paid for one application,,, we did pay the additional fee for the second Biometrics.

So If we decide to leave the country for vacation with our son, then we would have to sign up and go into local USCIS office to get a stamp added to his Passport until his 10 year green card comes. Is this correct? So they do not supply an NOA1 (extension letter) to a 15 year son??

Bro, i know how you must feel. but you have to be strong. some people dont receive noa1 and they just receive bio-metrics letter. They have cleared ur check which means they have ur package. wait the 30 days as described but i believe you should receive something before then. call uscis to confirm they have ur address updated... :bonk: . best of luck
