Received my NOA today, its dated 10/26/2012. Can someone please update the list. Thanks!

In that case, when was your sent date?

I did not received it.. I thought NOA1 was also the bio letter i received.. I'm thinking it might get lost in the mail.. The immigration officer who did bio told me that i should have got it before the biometrics letter.. But i'll call 800 number tomorrow and ask about it...

OCTOBER 2, 2009 - Received our noa1

JANUARY 13,2010 - Received NOA2/approval (email)

JANUARY 19,2010 - Received hard copy of NOA2

JANUARY 25,2010 - Received NVC letter through mail

FEBRUARY 9-10, 2010 - passed the medical exam

MARCH 10, 2010 - passed the Interview and attended the seminar at PRISM

MARCH 18, 2010 - Received visa packet through air21

APRIL 10, 2010 - POE SFO Airport

Praise God for answering our prayers!!!

JUNE 12,2010 - wedding (@lake tahoe)

JUNe 14-24, 20210 honeymoon in hawaii

AOS JOURNEY

JULY 20,2010- submitted aos application to chicago via UPS

JULY 26,2010- received the aos packet by USCIS

AUGUST 2,2010 notice date/noa 1 appeared on the letter

AUGUST 11,2010 received mail for biometrics appointment

SEPT 01,2010 - biometrics appointment

SEPT 22,2010 - received letter for my interview on Nov. 17

SEPT 24, 2010 - received my EAD card

NOV 17, 2010 - interview

DEC 2010- Green Card Received!

Ok folks I am getting antsy and almost ready to call. Sent package USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation on the 19th. It was delivered to the USCIS Vermont Center on the 22nd. Address used was:USCIS Vermont Service Center

75 Lower Welden Street, P.O. Box 200, St. Albans, VT 05479-0001 per the instructions.

Wondering if USPS makes a difference vice using FedEx or UPS. Still no check cashed or NOA 1.

I also wonder how closely they look at the package before cashing the check and issuing the NOA 1. I had to explain why my K2 stepdaughter was not included in the petition. I adopted her and enclosed a copy of her US passport to show she was now a US citizen and didn't need to remove conditions.

Did you use regular USPS or a shipping service like FedEx, or UPS?

I have sent it using USPS. I have read it some posts that people did have problem with FedEx as the USCIS address is PO Box and FedEx sometimes returns it as they can't deliver. I wanted to be on the safer side so tried USPS but didn't knew that my wish for being on safer side will create issues.

Were you able to talk to them? Sending through USPS makes any difference?

Hi All,

I successfully completed a walk in biometrics today in Oakland, CA. Maybe about 20 people in the ASC.

The fingerprinter informed me "Your 10 year card will be mailed to you soon." Which I thought was odd. I don't believe she really could know anything specific about my case. So I asked "err...what about an interview?" and she said "I don't think so, keep an eye on your mail"

I still expect to be selected for an interview regardless but that was sort of strange!

just wanted to update my case (applejuice)

received a i-797 notice of action today

the "receipt date" printed on this NOA is 10/29/2012 -- but the actual delivery date (to my mailbox) is 11/02/2012

standard wording... sample of each paragraph

Your conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year. During the one-year extension you are authorized employment and travel...

In order to further process your petition, you will be receiving an Application Support Center appointment with...

NOTE: Conditional resident applicants, including conditional resident dependents residing overseas pursuant...

If you have not already done so, provide supporting documents to assist USCIS in processing your petition and to establish eligibility to remove the conditional basis of your permanent residence...

Upon receipt of your ASC appointment notice, you can find the status of your case online...

the latest statistic on processing time of i-751 -- just pulling this straight off the uscis website.

national goal = 6 months

national average = 6.7 months

vermont service center = 8.6 months

those people up in vermont... they prob go on 45 min coffee breaks, twice a day... 90 min lunch breaks... and 15 min cig break every other hour... and work 9am-4pm...

If I were you I would create a post on the general ROC board instead. That way, people other than October filers will look and may be able to help.
