I received a NOA2 approved letter for K1 from the USCIS. My question is what is going to be the next step? I know this question been ask before in the forum but my letter said "The petitioner can also file form I-824, application for action on a approved application or petition, to request that we notify another consulate of the petition approval for visa processing purposes. So is that mean I have to file that in NVC

I received a NOA2 approved letter for K1 from the USCIS. My question is what is going to be the next step?

Next week, start calling the NVC every day to get your MNL case number. When you have your MNL case number, you can pay the visa application fee at BPI, schedule an interview, and complete the medical.

I-864, is Affidavit of Support

Your fiancee will send this to you along with original documents to take to your interview
