What is the different between court marriage and arrange marriage? is there any bonafide relationship if you get arrange marriage than the court marriage. Well mine is only court marriage and after one year we got engagement. We have a lots of pictures from engagement and different places. Is that enough proof of relationship to show them in interview? how about if we will get marriage one month before the interview date. Please give me quick reply. We only have few time to decide.

Court marriage is getting married by a judge. Arranged marriage is when 2 sets of parents arrange for a son and daughter to get married. Are you filing for k1, or are you doing a marriage visa, cr1?

04/09/15-Mailed ROC

04/10/2015-Package received

04/14/2015-Check cashed

06/02/2015-Called Service Center (still no NOA1) Service request found out wrong address on paperwork! :(

06/03/2015-Called to get address updated Ar11 online add change didnt work-got infopass for June 10th

06/10/2015-Went to info pass appt. Hubby got a 1yr. Extension stamp in his passport and biometrics done

08/12/2015-ROC Approved. Got letter in the mail.

08/29/2015-received new card in the mail.

No, I am doing I-130. One more time which marriage is more bonafide relationship. Is that enough to show as proof of marriage in interview?

Your question is confusing. Either one could be a bonafide marriage or either one could be a sham. Just proving you are married, be it by choice or arrangement, means nothing. You need to prove your relationship (or arrangement or whatever) to USCIS. Just send what you have.

10.28.2010 - Biometrics appointment received, dated 10/22 - set for 11/19 @ 3:00 PM
11.01.2010 - Successful biometrics walk-in @ 9:45 AM; EAD card sent for production text/email @ 2:47 PM! I-485 case status now available online.
11.04.2010 - Text/Email (2nd) - EAD card sent for production
11.08.2010 - Text/Email (3rd) - EAD approved
11.10.2010 - EAD received
12.11.2010 - Interview letter received - 01.13.11
01.13.2011 - Interview - no decision on the spot

A legal marriage is required. A bona fide relationship is required.

An arranged marriage can be performed in a court house or by a religious leader.

There is nothing inherently more bona fide about one type of relationship than another.

If you are talking about a proxy marriage where both husband and wife are not present, that is very, very difficult to get approved until the couple has actually been together in the same place.
