Hey,

Can anyone attest to the validity of the timeline Visa Journey gave you? I know everyone is in anxiety mode and frustrated as they wait patiently for their NOA2. USCIS received my paperwork Aug. 14 and it's at the CSC. Visa Journey said that I can expect my case to be adjudicated from Oct 21-31st. Just curious...has anyone had accurate NOA2 dates that were in line with their VJ estimates (i.e. you got your NOA2 when VJ said you would probably get it)?

Just trying to be patient, but the anticipation is so intense!

Thanks for your feedback!

Mine changed a few times and in the end the time it gave me in the beginning was correct not what it showed when I got my NOA2. It is a luck of the draw because some enter info incorrectly and some don't update at all so it depends.

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

Timeline

When I first received my NOA1 my estimated date was the end of November. Every few days the date moved up till it ended up being the first week of October, I think like Oct 1 to Oct 5. I received my NOA2 Sept 25, so I would say the estimate is just about spot on. I however did receive mine earlier than the estimate said.

It seems dates go back and forth, mine is moving further  today it says: "Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between November 21, 2012 and December 3, 2012"; and just like week and a half ago was between Nov 18th and Nov 24th....so I just hope that it's earlier than this dates, since VSC is working REALLY slow :crying: and thanks to those delays, my hubby and I won't spend this Christmas together. :crying: But there's nothing we can do but just WAITING.....
