Timeline

hi Guys,

im still holding a conditional residence for 2 years and im planning to visit my family in the phils next year. do i need to get a re entry visa or advance parole since im just going to stay for about a month there?

pls help...

Has your AOS been approved???? do you have your Greencard????

IF yes then you dont need AP or a re-entry permit unless you are going to be out of the States for more than 12 months.... then you would need a re-entry permit...

IF no then you need AP to be able to return to the States after your visit...

i do have my greencard and my AOS has been approved.

im just confused about this if i will ever need to file it.

You need to update your timeline and signature....

As a CPR you do not need an AP to travel your greencard allowes your to re-enter the States....

Have a read of this it might help you understand things.....
