Form I-129F

I am following the instructions for Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé. I have filled out the I-129F form and the G-325A form. I realise you also have to provide original statements of intent, passport photos and birth certificate etc However, as far as I can tell the I-129F and G-325A are the only forms I need to send in my I-129F package. Is this correct? I am just a little confused as I have just seen your ‘examples available online’ section and there appears to be many other forms listed such as DS-156, DS157, DS158 etc Do I need any of these forms also? I only ask because I can not see where it mentions these forms in the official USCIS instructions...

Reread the guides and tips, http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide, see the assembly portion. You might want to get a G1145 for notifications also. Fill in your information for better all around assistance, as you go many items are country / embassy specific.

Hi, you don't need the DS forms yet, that is for later down the road, but here i a link which is very helpful and tells you what is needed. good luck.

You are welcome, please include ANYTHING that will prove that you have a relationship, any receipts, pictures, chat logs, email, yahoo & skype snapshots, mail, etc. Every little bit helps.

Try and keep the steps (K1, AOS, ROC etc) separate in your mind and computer. Do a file physically and on the computer for future stuff needed at each step. That seemed to have helped us.

Originals are not required unless requested. Only copy of Birth Certificate if natural-born Citizen and all pages of US passport (although I've only sent the data page and immigration stamps, we got an approval). If Naturalized, copy of Naturalization Certificate and all pages of US passport. I've sent also a copy of my passport card, if you don't have it's fine.

You'll need original copies of I-129F, G-325A from Petitioner and Beneficiary (both ink signed) and Letter of Intent from both of you and ink signed again.

You won't need the DS forms until the interview date.

You need to fill out forms I-129F and G325A (one for each of you) now. All of the forms you fill out later for the interview. But make sure you also include all of the other documents when you send your application:
