Hello Everyone,

I posted a question here a few days ago, about my 6 week overstay in the U.S. after my marriage there. I am now in the U.K. Overall, the replys that I received led me to believe that it wouldn't be a problem. It was also suggested that I seek legal advice about this matter, just in case. So... I have 2 questions...

1) Does anyone know of any American Immigration Lawyers here in the U.K. ,or a lawyer that specializes in American Immigration?

2) Can an Immigration Lawyer accompany me to my K-3 Interview appointment...IF and WHEN I ever get it that is!
