Hi, there it would be helpful if someone can help answer this question or guide me to where I can find a answer.

My fiance a UK Citizen have criminal records many many years will he get denied with a K1 Visa to the USA? He got his Police Certificate but, worried that we will get denied at the interview.

We received our NOA 2 and he is schedule for his medical exam next week.

Please don't answer unless you know the answer and you can't possible know the answer based on the OP because it really depends on the type of crime the OP's fiance committed. Some are totally unwaiverable, some aren't a big issue, some require a certain time frame between the time the crime was committed to being approved.

Wrong advice can cause some serious damage.
