Do not send another DS-3032, it take about 7-10 business day to accept it

Give it some more time good.gifgood.gif

chase down the AOS Fee bill (rather, have the petitioner do that) -ask for it (via telephone into NVC) to have the AOS FEE BILL emailed out to the petitioner.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yep patience is definitely a virtue! like the others have stated you will eventually have it accepted. Speaking from experience it might or it might not get accepted. Look at my signature so you have a better idea. I received a denial email after the generic one you mentioned. I just resent it! But do not resend unless you receive the denial email...

Good luck to you!

I just realized that I only sent a DS3032 email for my wife, I forgot to send one for my 3 year old minor son, I thought he would be included in my wife's since he is a minor dependent child. Now I think I have to send another email to the Visa Center for my son, which will take another 11 days :bonk::( , I also only sent an I-864 for my wife because I thought only was was needed since our son Esteban was 3 and included on her I-864. Do I need to fill out an I-864 for him also? this is frustrating when the rules aren't exactly clear on what to do.

I sent mine on the 22nd a day after I received the case number on the phone. I only received their official DS-3032 email together with the AOS bill on the 26th so I am a bit worried that they will reject the email I sent 4 days before that. The person on the phone at NVC told me that a generic email is not acceptable and that only the official DS-3032 sheet will get accepted (either scanned via email or via snail mail) - however, the story on the forums seems to speak a very different language. I am confused.

I sent my email and got a response in 11 days stating that I was now the Choice of Agent so if after 2 weeks you don't get a reply go ahead and send another email using the format on this website. It worked for me, it should work for you, best of luck.

It is hit or miss these days it seems. The email "trick" didn't work for me despite emailing it twice - I ended up overnighting my 3032(the paper version) and that was what got accepted.
