paid AOS fee but not seeing the barcoded cover sheet

so i paid the AOS fee of $88 online yesterday and the status showed "PAID" when i checked it today. when i proceeded to print the "cover page," not only are the words cut off on the right side of the page but i don't see the "barcode" everyone seems to be talking about. all i see on the page is that it states it's a cover page, the address where i send my documents to, and the bottom part says "PRINCIPAL APPLICANT:"...am i supposed to fill this in or am i getting an incomplete cover sheet? it seems that as everything draws to a close, it just becomes more tedious and stressful because all this excitement is building up. :lol::wacko::blink:

You stated everything correct. Now at the very bottom you should have a Barcode and underneath it your case number. You should not have to fill out anything at all..

Which browser are you utilizing?

You stated everything correct. Now at the very bottom you should have a Barcode and underneath it your case number. You should not have to fill out anything at all..

Which browser are you utilizing?

i've tried it on chrome and mozilla and even on safari. do you think it's an internal error?

Try IE. Don't expect the government to support all the different browsers out there. When something fails in one of those browsers, go with IE. IE seems to be the default for lots of government websites.

Contact the NVC on Monday. You are the first person that I know of who has printed the cover page with the bar code missing.
