Filing for AOS and EAD

I am ready to send papers to file for AOS and EAD. Went over it many times, but still am not sure if I have everything we need.

1. Cover Letter – description of what this petition is for.

2. Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

a) Check in the amount of $395.00 – (the base fee for this application $325.00 and a $70.00 biometric services fee)

b ) Copy of birth certificate along with certified translation

c) Marriage Certificate along with three wedding photos

d) Copy of I-129F petition approval notice

e) Copy of passport page with nonimmigrant visa

f) Copy of passport biographical page

g) Copy of Form I-94 Nonimmigrant Arrival/Departure Record

h) Two passport size photos

3. Form I-864 Affidavit of Support

a) Husband's Federal Income Tax Return for 2005

b ) Copy of Schedule C and D for self-employed

c) Copy of Principal Immigrant’s Assets (car value, stocks, and mutual funds)

4. Envelope sealed by USCIS approved doctor, containing I-693 vaccination supplement form.

5. Form G-325A Biographic Information.

6. Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization

a) Check in the amount of $180.00 – application fee.

b ) Two passport size photos

c) A copy of I-94 Departure Record

d) Copy of passport biographical page

It looks like you have everything covered ...

If either of you have been married in the past then add the divorce decree as I have seen people get RFEs for that even though they should have your original I-129F package ...

Looks like you have all the bases covered and then some! We didn't include any photos and you only needed the biographical information for the AOS...but it is better to be safe then sorry. We transferred and approved in only a few months! You are gonna be just fine and I wouldn't be surprised if you got a transfer!! Good luck to ya and I hope to hear some good news soon!!
