EB2 Mexico

Need an advise in my following situation:

Mexican Citizen

Hired in US September 2007 by company in California

TN 2007-2008

TN 2008-2009

H1B 2009-2012

2nd H1B 2012-2015

They filed my Green Card process on 2010 and received I-140

I'm EB3 category

Current date was January 2011

Left California company in July 2012

Join Company B they initiated H-1B transfer and were supposed to start GC as EB2

But now with Mexico not being current for EB2

what are my options?
