Mumbai/Delhi consulate interview tracking

our case was completed on 12 Oct. when do we get interview date ? anyone have a clue ?

Hi Aschenbecher,

I think it should be by first week of November. NVC will send you an email with interview date and packet 4 as an attachment. My case was completed on Sept 21st and recieved email on Oct 2nd from NVC with interview date assigned for Nov 23rd.

NVC's scheduling pattern is not very consistant so it could be different for every case. But hope this helps for now.

NVC told me that they have sent my packet so i checked DHL website. so my guess these are files for people with interview dates 19-29th november.

Does NVC only sends packages to consulate after it schedules Interviews or it can send them right after case completion ?

they send after scheduling interview. interview details goes wit the file

thank you yes hope it is ours. I keep getting mail from NVC stating that my interview is scheduled. hope everything is ok. I got my third one today.... its strange.... Maybe I keep sending them thank you mail as reply and they consider that to be an inquiry.... crazzzzyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a hard copy of interview letter as well for my wife, but did not get for my son. it is same email printed on a plain paper.

what????? realllyyyyy????? I didnt get one :crying: ..... when did you get it? Also, how come you get it when your wife is the beneficiary? Did you contact NVC about it?

oh ok... I hate the fact that NVC has no fixed procedures or protocols

You do not receive an email for case completion for Indian visa applications. The electronic processing countries do get an email for case completion. You will receive an email for interview schedule, perhaps sometimes early next month.
