04/23/2012: NOA1 Priority Date

04/30/2012: I-797 Rec'd Hard copy

11/01/2012: NOA2 E-mail & Text

11/05/2012: Received NOA2 hardcopy

NVC

11/06/2012: NVC received case(Checked by calling)

11/06/2012: Got Case number/IIN from NVC (Over the phone)

11/07/2012: Provided Petitioner/Beneficiary email addresses to NVC

11/07/2012: Sent DS-3032 (EMail version)

11/08/2012: Received email from NVC (AOS Invoice and DS-3032)

11/08/2012: Paid AOS Bill(Status: InProcess)

11/08/2012: Beneficiary emailed Signed/Scanned copy of DS-3032

11/13/2012: AOS Bill Status Changed to PAID

nope still waiting for the date plzzzzz i need jan date so bad tired of this long process.

you should get case approved anytime now .

We completed our interview successfully from Mumbai Consulate as shared earlier. Here are the questions posed by CO during the second interview:

How did you two meet?

How long have you two known each other before getting married?

Have you got parental consent for your marriage?

How long your husband been divorced (it is second marriage for both of us)?

Does your husband have a child? What is the type of custody does he have?

Have you interacted with his child?

What is the alimony and child support provided by your husband?

How much does your husband earn?

Why did your marriage break down?

Do you have a child?

What is the child custody status?

Will you be working in US?

Was the marriage according to Hindu tradition?

Will this be the final list of interviews for Jan; or will there be additions to this list at the end of this month.

Here is the link to their website where they post the schedules monthly. http://mumbai.usconsulate.gov/interview_appt_schedule.html

It appears that they post on the 15th of each month for the appointments scheduled for the following month. In other words, the Dec list is for the Jan appointments, and so on.

To answer your specific question, this is the final list.

Hi all,

I received my green card yesterday on 11th Jan 2013.

I didn't expect that i will receive very fast. I applied for SSN few weeks ago but received very fast after 4days. Also applied for state id and got a temporary one.
