Hi everyone, in regards to the AOS, is the "I-693 Medical examination" the same as the one your fiance(ee) has to take before the Embassy interview? Or are they two different things? If its the same, would she just need a copy of the medical forms that are submitted at the interview? Thanks for the clarification.

assuming your fiance came here on a K-1 visa she would have already done a medical examination prior to her interview at the embassy in her country therefore the I-693 that the AOS {form I-485} is talking about is just a vaccination supplement, all you need to do is take your immunization/vaccination recaord to a USCIS assigned civil surgeon and have them complete the vaccination supp. portion of the I-693 and you are good to go!!!
