Wow...isn't this too long?? Close to a year already. Any attempts to contact them at all?

Weve called numerous times, one infopass, two service requests, two congressional inquiries and also contacted the ombudsmens office. No one seems to have any answers as to why we have been waiting so long.

I am so tired of how long it takes. 9 months has passed. 2 e-requests, calling customer service every week, e-mail to headquarters, the representatives are not even able to tell me if my case was transferred again from Lee's Summit to Chicago field office (California originally). It was not assigned to an officer yet. I scheduled an InfoPass for next week. When is this NOA2 going to come?

Tears and sadness, all it is.
