We just received noa1 in October 1st week since then my status is initial review not changed yet :( .... I thought of creating a timeline but then there is not much info I can provide :(

I c.. You should call USCIS, talk to Tier 2 officer and specifically asked if your case is currently at Local office. Post Aug 15 cases are being transferred to Local offices but we do not get any update or notified on transfer. Have you call USCIS? If your Lawyer is not responding then you should FIRE him right away.

I c.. You should call USCIS, talk to Tier 2 officer and specifically asked if your case is currently at Local office. yea my hubby did call they answered the call but didn't give any info they said they'll call back but didn't ..

i wonder why only the petitions filed in September are delayed?, did CSC forgot them to process or something?

09/17/12 --- I-130 sent to Phoenix mail box
09/20/12 --- NOA1 recieved via e-mail (CSC)
09/27/12 --- NOA1 hardcopy received
01/24/13 --- Called USCIS customer care and found that case was transferred to Local USCIS office (never got notice of it)
03/18/13 --- Submitted E-request as the petition is officially 180 days beyond
03/18/13 --- Tier2 ISO told the petition is at NBC.
04/01/13 --- We received email confirmation abt the E-request that we put in 2 weeks earlier
04/04/13 --- Went for infopass appointment at local office and they approved my petition and sent it to NBC
04/08/13 --- Received NOA2 today (date of NOA2 is 04/04/2013).

NVC Process

04/18/13 --- Called NVC for case number, they told that they got file on 04/15 asked us to call back of 20 business days
04/23/13 --- Called NVC and got the Case number and invoice identification number.

04/24/13 --- Sent DS-3032 by email.

04/29/13 --- Got AOS Fee email from NVC,

04/30/13 --- AOS Fee payment done online.

05/01/13 --- Send AOS documents packet by Fedex.

05/03/13 --- AOS Packet reached NVC.

05/06/13 --- Got Immigrant Visa Application Fee Bill Invoice email from NVC.

05/07/13 --- Packet IV Fee payment done online.

05/08/13 --- Send Packet IV documents by Fedex.

05/10/13 --- Packet IV reached NVC.

06/10/13 --- Got checklist email for i-864.

06/11/13 --- Corrected i-864 reached NVC.

07/01/13 --- Got new checklist again from NVC, but it was mentioned that we meet the min requirement to schedule an interivew, so asked us to

get the corrected i-864 to interview.

07/08/13 --- Got Case Completion email. ( Case completetion date at NVC is 06/28 ).

07/31/13 --- Interview date scheduled on 09/03.

After abt 2 weeks, got the reply abt e-request(we submited it on 03/18/2013) today, i got email today which has nothing new in it. Standard blah blah ( below is the email).. does it mean they are trying to find our files and opening them now or just making some excuse to keep us calm for some more time?, anyways i have infopass appointment in 2 days and now i feel they will tell me the same.. asking me to waiting for 60 days as replied in the e-request email... It would be miracle if they tell me something else..lol

The status of this service request is:

Thank you for contacting us regarding the status of your application. Your case is currently under review. You should receive correspondence regarding the next process in your case within 60 days. If you have not received this correspondence within 60 days please make an appointment with your local immigration office or call the customer service number indicated below.

lol.. look what just showed up after a long time on USCIS website... its say CSC is currently processing JULY 5th 2012 petitions..wooow... they haven't posted CSC processing time in this category for a long time and now they posted it with this date

hey, this just showed up today in USCIS processing times chart.. now they say CSC is processing July 5th 2012 petitions.. woow.. cant just believe it. :(, Now i feel waste of going for the infopass, bcz they will definitely say that my petition is well within the processing times.
