Well I call USCIS yesterday and ask about my I130 the person conform that I didn't sign the I130 just got the packet back in the mail with instructions to sign and place the lime green sheet on top so that it can be flag

Also I notice that they Change the packet around(I know they was but to see how they do it) n move around the pictures six little packets each one with some of my pictures

For what are you applying for?Is it a spouse visa?I can see on your timeline that you filed I130 in september.Does this mean that they are allready processing it or you got this instead of your NOA1?

September 11, mailed I130 for CR-1.

September 13, Delivery confirmation.

September 18, Check posted as ACH withdrawal

No email or mail (though abroad so mail takes a long time). Called to get receipt number and they couldn't find my information. Not sure what's going on.

Ok, the NOA-1 finally came by mail.

September 11 - Sent I-130

September 15, 2012 - NOA1 date (hardcopy received October 5--no email)

May I ask how you see if it's been "touched" or "transferred"? When I look up the case, it just says "initial review". Thanks.

My status was updated less than a week ago to say that my file had been transferred to a USCIS office. Then my case status now says that my caae is being processed and they will let me know if they need more information or when they have a decision on the case. I'd imagine by now, most of you have read the USCIS alert that all stand alone 1-130 are being processed at the field office that has jurisdiction over your location. Well,the field office with jurisdiction over my state is Atlanta, GA. You can search the USCIS website for your field office if you have filed from the US. I have no idea where overseas filers will be processed. I hope this helps. I know we are all praying for the day to be reunited with our loved ones again.

2/24/16- Husband received 10 year green card

Starting the process over again for our daughter (IR2):

1/13/16 NOA1 from Potomac Service Center

4/5/16 NOA2!

4/7/16 Case sent to NVC

4/22/16 Received NVC Case and Invoice Numbers

4/22/16 Submitted DS-261

4/22/16 Invoice for AOS Received. Paid AOS Fee

4/25/16 AOS Fee shows as PAID

4/27/16 Invoice for IV Received. Paid IV Fee

4/29/16 IV Fee Shows as PAID

4/29/16 Submitted DS-260

5/6/16 Sent AOS and IV packages

5/9/16 AOS and IV packages received by NVC

09/16/2016: THE END - 4 year long process all done!

FYI after NBC they will route it to local USCIS office.You will probably get an update of the case after a week or so.The only thing that nobody knows is what local office is for those who filed from abroad.Some say it goes back to CSC

Hi everyone,

My case has also ended up at NBC. Can anyone tell me, do you all have 'MLC' as your case number?

My husband called USCIS last night to try and get our case expedited due to a military overseas posting, but they said if we have an MSC code that we can't check it online???
