Still nothing over here. I have no idea what is taking so long! I guess this is just the way it's meant to be...

9/21/10--I-129F mailed to Dallas

9/29/10--NOA1 (email and text message)

9/29/10--Check cashed

10/1/10--NOA1 hardcopy received (dated 9/27 and sent to VSC)

10/3/10--Touched (everyone touched)

10/4/10--Touched!

04/19/11-NOA2!! (FINALLY! After 204 days)

Major change of plans - the wait was too long for us and I ended up moving to Croatia in June 2011.

Married 06/09/12 <3

9/3/12 - I-130 NOA1

its not even that its meant to be its called unfairness I filed the 26 of september to vermont and then it got transfer to nbc and at this moment my case is the only case in visa journey that hasnt gotten approve yet from that office.its just devastating how long the wait is and how its not in our hands more but in someone elses hands that do not comprehend how hard it is to be away from your partner

I'm still confused on how you did an erequest without being beyond the processing times.

It must just be a co-incidence that luisa1625’s petition was approved 2 days later. We had a CSR try and input a service request on our behalf because the NOID was outside of processing times and the system wouldn’t let him because we are still within Vermont’s extremely slow processing time. He told hubby he could try again in 112 days from then.

Plus hubby’s already tried 2 InfoPass appointments.

It feels like my life is on hold waiting for the officer to make a decision.

Do you think an ISO could do it? I know the CSR told me that he couldn't put anything in on my case at all vis a vis an expedite request, but the ISO could. I wonder if it is the same...

He said because we have an EAC# and we’re still within Vermont’s timeframe it wouldn’t work. Didn’t try an ISO as he was calling from the parking lot of the field office.

We’re going for a 3rd InfoPass appointment when I’m down south again in a couple of weeks. Hopefully something will happen.

If not it’s the senator route for us I think. Or the expedite because we shouldn’t have gotten a NOID in the first place (USCIS error).
