does i130 IR1 application approval depends on the country or USCIS doesn't go by first in first out policy?? any comments?

I think it works like this:

LOTTER1.jpg

Actually, it seems to have more to do with where the petitioner resides right now.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

Neither.

hey thanks for reply.. because i cant understand some cases approved in less than 2 months and some takes more than 6 months if USCIS going with a common process why this time difference? its very confusing!!

If she told USCIS that she was back in America, then yes, it slowed down the case for sure.

I meant it has more to do with what state the petitioner lives in as well. Some field offices are very quick and others are very slow.
