Help out with what?

The VJ Timeline is just a small sample and a complete estimate.

You are indeed at NBC and most likely a local field office based on your home address.

I suggest you call USCIS and speak to a Tier 2 ISO in regards to the exact location of your petition.

Did you actually ask to speak with a Tier 2 service officer?

I had to "demand" it according to the CSR I spoke with today.

A "demand" can be polite too. This is old Southern belle Speedwell's method: "Honey, I need to know something about my file that you aren't able to see. After you ask me the questions you need to ask, would you please transfer me to a Tier 2 so they can check my file?" :)

Followed by Nola's "I know you can transfer me and I know that you can't see what an immigration officer can. If you do not transfer me now I am going to make a specific complaint about you."

Sometimes nice doesn't work.

I was never rude.

Her exact phrase to me was "And I am now transferring you to a Tier 2 representative because you have demanded it"

Me- Can I PLEASE speak with a tier 2 immigration services officer?

Her- I am a customer service officer

Me- You are tier 2?

Her- Excuse me?

Me- You are tier 2?

Her- No.

Me- So you are saying you will NOT transfer me?

Her- No I'm not saying that.

Me- Okay, please transfer me.

Her- And I am now transferring you to a Tier 2 representative because you have demanded it

i spoke to a view 2 on friday. was really easy to get transferred to one. first man said ok il transfer you as i cant see where the file is at this moment in time.

tier 2 told me case was transferred from california to NBC and then to another office ( im assuming local office dallas) but she didn't say and then said on November 9th was transferred back to NBC which is confusing. she then said she would put in a service request for me. said we should hear by feb 9th if we don't by feb 15th then call back and gave me a reference number.

so lets see what happens. but she was really nice, brought the service request up without me asking.

do these service requests actually get back to you on time?

spoke to tier 2* excuse the spelling :)
