I called USCIS this morning and this lady told me that the applications that are in Vermont will be processed 5-7 months because it backed up. Which means another four months to go!!!!!? Are they insane I am so pissssed off.

Did you talk to the rep who answered the call or get transferred to a second person, an ISO?

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

2004- Met online. Started a great friendship
2009- Decided our friendship had turned into something major
2009- First Official Visit and when we officially started dating
July 1st,2011- We got married!!!

September 14,2012- Sent In I-130
September 20,2012- First NOA
September 25,2012- I-130 transferred to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case.
May 18, 2013- NOA2

February 21,2014- Case Complete

MONTREAL EMBASSY

April 14,2014- Interview (Administrative Review for passport renewal)

June 17,2014- Visa Listed as Issued

June 20,2014- Visa In Hand

July 27,2014- Port Of Entry

I will also say that ISO is not help at all, since I called already and spoke with ISO, all 3 of them tell me diffirent story, not sure what to think..All i know my file is in local office amd few days ago I spoke with ISO and he said that CSC working on July 1st cases..and I said my case is in Local office and he said it will take 5 month or so and maybe local office waiting for open spot to intervew me.... have no idea which ISO is correct one with info... hope for the best.

What interview are you talking about? plus the first process is suppose to only take 5 months a USCIS location. Not more then 5 months.

which part you dont understand about interview? I am talking about local office only (They can interview, if they wanted to know or not sure something about pending I-130)....I know it take aprrox 5 month also.. Just providing some info..

I was told today my case was at NBC by an ISO when the previous ISO told me it was with the CSC...Oi I just wish I knew which timeline to follow lol

Filed at Chicago lockbox, WAC case number. NOA1 sept 20. Moved to NBC last touched Nov 1st sent to USCIS office, presuming is the local one in Dallas. Stil waiting :( estimate was for middle of December but nothing!!!!!

You should get an answer soon my timeline is almost the same as yours WAC transferred to NBC and to local office and I was sent to Dallas too. I got approved NOA2 on Dec 20th.

Major change of plans - the wait was too long for us and I ended up moving to Croatia in June 2011.
