I am at NBC as well still waiting :( How did you actually talk to a person though? All I ever get is the automated message

Is anyone else at NBC Missouri? I just called customer service but of course they cant tell me much. Im within normal processing time. I guess it just frustrates me when I see dates after our case getting approval. *biting my nails*

I press 121122

Go to case status, say you don't know your case number and you can't find it. A person picks up. Ask to be transferred to someone that can see your case and don't take no for an answer.

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

Yeah I always direct myself to the wrong department >.< So theyhave ot send me somewhere for someone to talk to me. Usually I got to biometrics or the like and it routes me to a person.

2009- Decided our friendship had turned into something major
2009- First Official Visit and when we officially started dating
July 1st,2011- We got married!!!

September 14,2012- Sent In I-130
September 20,2012- First NOA
September 25,2012- I-130 transferred to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case.
May 18, 2013- NOA2

NVC

February 21,2014- Case Complete

MONTREAL EMBASSY

April 14,2014- Interview (Administrative Review for passport renewal)

June 17,2014- Visa Listed as Issued

June 20,2014- Visa In Hand

July 27,2014- Port Of Entry

Thanks guys. That really helped. I called and talked to a person and actually found out that my file was now in NBC Florida(Orlando) as of November 9th even though I never got another transfer notice after the one to Missouri. I just hope that was all nothing but wasted time at both CSC and Missouri since it my file was in CSC in mid sept and its almost 2 months till it got to Orlando.

is it just me or the VERMONT SERVICE CENTER HAVE NOT APPROVED ANY FOR SEPTEMBER????

There shouldn't be any I-130s at VSC for September, they should have been transferred to NBC. :thumbs:

What form did you file? This thread is for September 2012 I130 fillers and we were all transferred to the NBC or local offices.you have that you filed "other".....

I am also september filer, Today I called again and spoke with ISO.. she told me that my file was transfer to local office on october 31. Last week I was told that my file is with NBC....not sure what to belive..I just hope that I will be getting NOA2 very soon.

what is the city name of the local office ?

well yeah if lee summit NBC is the national benefit center is the same as you then i guess so my priorit date is sept 26 and it was "touched" the 10th of october,how much more d you guys think until i receive my noa2??

however if i was tranfer to the NATAINAL BEFITS CENTE shouldnt my receipt number start with msc?instead of eas?

no if you filed in September your number will start with VSC because it was supossed to go there but they decided to move all the petitions and it has messed everyting up. Nobody really knows when they will be approved now because there are not real data to go by. I am hoping that I will get my NOA2 soon too....

We called USCIS again and were told our case is at NBC....

06/02/12 Married

USCIS

09/17/12 I-130 sent
09/21/12 NOA1 recieved via e-mail (CSC)
09/27/12 NOA1 hardcopy recieved
09/27/12 Case transferred to another office for processing (Jurisdiction)
10/03/12 Received notice of transfer. Transferred to NBC in Missouri
10/03/12 Checked USCIS.gov/Notice of transfer to another USCIS office for processing
12/19/12 NOA2!!!!!

01/07/2013 NVC recieves the case
01/24/2013 Got the Case and IIN #
01/24/2012 E-mailed DS-3032

01/24/2013 AOS bill invoiced
02/07/2013 DS-3032 e-mail accepted
04/15/2013 AOS and IV fees payed

When they arrive to NVC, the K3 line will be closed so I suggest you do not disregard the I-130 approval.
