All,

I was approved yesterday (after getting a notice the day before that "I" had changed my mailing address, which I didn't). In any case, excited, and glad to be moving out of USCIS to the State Department. I just updated my timeline.

I have a question... Do i have priority if my son is with me and also a us citizen and my husband did a request as he is in a very bad condition and went to hospital because of depression? Do we need to follow all steps like everybody?

If your husband sent in an expedite request they will look at it and decide if the illness is serious enough to warrant the expedite. I believe it is done on a case by case basis. I am not sure depression would be considered an illness they expedite for. Good luck and I hope you are with him soon!

I got my NOA2 today, 72 days after my NOA1. I am so relieved. Now on to the NVC processing.

My Timeline thusfar

I-130 Sent : 2012-09-21

I-130 NOA1 : 2012-09-24

I-130 Approved NOA2: 2012-12-05

papiakumi - congratulations ! When the postal version of the NOA-2 comes in, could you please review it, let us know the address of the USCIS office that issued the approval ?

We're trying to track MSC vs local office stuff here, thanks so much !

i seen a lots off approval of mid september. my priority date is Sept 19, 2012 and recieved my noa 01 on september 24 2012.and my status still review hopefully i recieved approval before xmas. that will be the best gift i can recieved. Bless us who still waiting for the approvals.

Is anyone else at NBC Missouri? I just called customer service but of course they cant tell me much. Im within normal processing time. I guess it just frustrates me when I see dates after our case getting approval. *biting my nails*
