Hello all, this is the 2nd time I post and had some great feedback the last time, so I decided to ask for advise again.

I am traveling to see my fiance in Morocco tomorrow and although we have not received out noa2, I printed the I134 to see what I needed to gather. Based on other timelines, it looks as if we may be receiving the NOA2 shortly.

1. I recently sold my house and have the money in a savings account. Now I am purchasing a new house in December. Should I be adding this house to the I134 as real property or should I wait and prepare the I134 once everything is finalized. In all cases if I leave the house out of it, I still have the proceeds of the sell of the first house in a savings account.

2. I am currently on a family leave of absence from my employer and its unpaid. I can get a letter from my employer because technically I am still employed but not being paid.

I have read the instructions on the I-134 but they are kind of vague.

lilofdevine,

Put together your sponsorship package closer to interview time, so that the information will be up to date and accurate.

It appears that if you do it now the information will no longer be accurate by the time it is needed.
