Embassey information

We received petition approval on Sept 11th always odd to write that date. Recieved letter with MNL case number back in late September. I am assuming paperwork is in Manila as said would be sent that week. I notice in some of these posts people state the date embassey got their paperwork. My question is how does one find that out. Thanks

you can track it through DHL

found some instructions for you with a search...

GO to DHL Worldwide Express website http://www.dhl.com

Select USA

A new page will open

At the top highlight tracking and click on TRACK BY REFERENCE

In the Reference field type CORRESPONDENCE

For the Shipment date you should select a day before and after the date NVC said they sent your file.

Customer number leave blank

Origin Postal code should be 03801

Then Click Track

the thing is with this though is your guessing really if it was yours that was sent but if there werent many on the same day its likely to be yours..

You are before (or about same time) me & Maria, from what I can tell. The Manila embassy has your file, at least electronically, because I know (phone call) they have ours electronically. I believe they also have our hardcopy, but it is in a stack awaiting assigned appointments for interviews.

you can try calling the Manila Embassy at 011-63-2-528-6300 ext 5184 or 5185. ii heard it's best to try to call at 7:30 to 8:30 Manila time.
