Achei carne seca sim. Nakela loja q eu mencionei mesmo... Por sinal é uma carne seca de melhor qualidade q vc acha no Brasil pois é bem lean. É argentina. Vale muito a pena... Só não recomendo o paio deles não... Mas o resto era tudo de primeira!

Banana a milanesa pode fritar em frigideira alta, não precisa ser deep fried.

eu so tenho aquelas frigideira tipo teflon e nao e muito alta nao. Eu coloco tipo 1 - 2 cm de oleo e viro a banana pra fritar de todos os lados?
