Eu tenho essa impressão também, o milho é masi novo, mais doce, mais macio, e com mais água, ou é isso ou é as adições que fazem aqui, até o feijão em lata é ligeiramente adocicado.

Eu tenho certeza que sim. O milho aqui realmente e aguado, diferente do nosso que e mais leitoso. Sou filha de mineiro, cansei de fazer curau. Nao tem segredo e engrossa super rapido, aqui acumula agua.

Engracado que fiquei nervosa e o Luke pentelhando talvez eu nao soubesse como fazer e devia ler a receita, :lol: curau so leva leite e acucar ou leite de coco se vc quiser, nada mais.

Em fevereiro vamos para o Brasil, se eu achar milho nessa epoca, vou fazer e ele vai ver a diferenca.

Minha mae fazia um creme de milho que eu amava. Nem lembro como que faz, acho que e leite, 1 lata de milho com a agua, dissolve maizena pra engrossar, acho que e isso.

É assim que eu faço, daí se quiser mais cremoso põe creme de leite também. Mas basicamente é refogar o milho com manteiga e cebola, passar no liquidificador com leite e maizena, e voltar pro fogo pra engrossar. E colocar mais milho sem bater pra quem gosta. É simples e rápido de fazer.
