Really? Hmmmm, I always thought there was bitter chocolate, like really pure, strong, bitter, chocolate. True that chocolate strong like that around here I've heard of being called by the percentage of cocoa in it.

So, semisweet only, good to know so I won't make a fool of myself in the future.

Bittersweet Chocolate:

So it does exist, just in fancy contexts. For regular cooking bars or chips, it will be semisweet. So I was wrong.

be careful substituting semisweet when a recipe calls for bittersweet chocolate. your recipe can end up way too sweet if you don't subtract some of the sugar.

eu nao tenho feito nada de especial ultimamente...

so faco minha apple pie de vez em quando que e super gostosa... (nao tem massa) e e bem light... voces vao adorar.... e so a maca e uma farofa por cima feita assim:

Corte 5 macas em fatias e disponha em um refratario....esprema metade de um limao sobre as macas....

em uma tigela, misture: 1 copo de acucar mascavo, 1 copo de farinha, 1 colher de margarina, canela, cravo, gengibre, noz moscada.. tudo em po... e amasse com as pontas dos dedos ate formar uma farofa bem granulada

polvilhe as macas com essa farofa e leve ao forno medio por 30 minutos... pode ser uns 300 F

Detalhe.. se nao der consistencia de farofa com uma colher de margarina.. vai pondo mais margarina ate dar a consistencia...

Nada mal Liszitcha! 178 calorias num pedaço de doce, dá pra matar a vontade de torta de maçã tranquilo! Com certeza vou tentar!
