Eu gosto de passar no liquidificador pro creme ter o gostinho do milho, de repente fica bom se passar no liquidificador e depois colocar mais meia lata de milho verde pra ter os pedaços no creme também.

Amanhã vou fazer panqueca de carne, faz um tempão que eu não faço! Acho que nunca fiz pro Luis, então vai ser bom pra dar uma variada no cardápio (carne moída é o mais barato por aqui então é sempre bom encontrar coisas diferentes pra se fazer com carne moída).

A última vez que fiz panqueca foi na casa da minha cunhada quando eu estava esperando uma data pra minha entrevista do K1. Deve ter sido lá pro finzinho de Agosto.

Tonight I cooked like an american. I opened a box of fish, put in the oven and voila: we have dinner. Oh, blah, I also made a salad, I actually cut lettuce, tomatoes, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onions, etc, but hey, half of the dinner was pretty american

The fact you didn't make rice is totally american btw, meat and veggies, no rice or pasta or potato to go with it.

Oh, I thought that was a Charles thing not an american thing. I don't make pasta or rice or potato for 2 reasons: he doesn't ask for, second it's carb, devil carbs But you're right, if I was in Brazil cooking for a brazilian friend I'd make salad, fish and rice or pasta or potatos to go with it.

Rice is not a common thing in US unless it's like a main part of the meal like a risotto. The whole rice, beans, meat and salad thing is from latin countries, americans and british usually just have a meat and a salad, or a pasta as main dish, you know.

I have to make rice every other meal for Scott. I guess it's because he lived in Japan and they eat EVERYTHING with rice, and I cook a lot of asian food. But I make brown rice because it's better for you!

Japanese indeed eat LOTS of rice, but in 6 months in US I didn't have rice even once, and I watch lots of british and american cooking shows and they NEVER use rice unless they're making sushi.

Nessitcha.. if you don't know.. you should have carbs.. it helps to build your muscles, lil girl

We have rice everyday as well, but then again, puertoricans, likewise us brazilians, have rice and beans on every meal.
