2. Torta de maçã light (http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/recipe_views/views/230139)

3. Halibut assado com aspargos enrolados no bacon:

Ingredients:

4 8oz thin halibut fillets (or sea bass), scaled, pinboned and trimmed

olive oil

zest and juice of 2 lemons, plus juice of a 1/2 lemon

a handful of green beans, tops trimmed

a handful of white or green aspargus

a large handful of fresh mint

8 slices of bacon

2 wine glasses of Chardonnay

sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

6 tablespoons butter, diced

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 500 F. Score your halibut filets and then put the fillets into a large ziploc bag with a little bit of olive oil and the zest and juice of 2 lemons. Let it marinate for 10 minutes. Meanwhile parboil the green beans and aspargus for 2-3 minutes until they are softened and tender. While the vegetables are cooking, smash up most of the mint until you have a pulp. Add a little olive oil to loosen, and the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Drain the green beans and aspargus into a colander then pour them into a large roasting pan and toss them around with the mint oil. Divide the beans and aspargus into bundles and wrap them snugly with the strips of bacon (making 8 bundles). Put the bundles in the roasting pan, then remove the fish fillets from the bag and set them on top of the bundles. Pour the wine in the pan, season with salt and pepper and cook in the preheated oven for around 10 minutes or until the fish and bacon are both golden. Remove from the oven, add the small pieces of butter and allow them to melt. Serve the fish drizzled with some of the white wine sauce from the pan. Serves 4 people.
