Oi Nessa,

Sorry, I just saw in the bottle I have here...

Bjus!

Aqui vai a receitinha do pavê imitação torta alemã. :P

200 g saltless butter

1 cup sugar

1 can of sour cream (table cream)

1 package of maisena crackers

Milk, enough to dip the crackers in

1 can of chocolate flavored sweetened condensed milk (or chocolate ice cream topping).

Whip the butter and sugar together until it's smooth. Add the sour cream and whisk just enough to fold it in. Dip the crackers in the milk (without sogging it too much) and make a laywer of crackers on the bottom of a pirex, then a layer of cream, until crackers and cream are gone. On top of everything spread the chocolate sweetened condensed milk. Store in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
