ontem eu e o Ken fomos a esse mercadinho brasileiro que abriu aqui perto de casa, ai comemos risole e coxinha...e foi ai que tive a maravilhosa ideia de servir salgadinhos brasileiros no casamento ao inves de coisas gringas :P e logicamente que sera servido guarana !!

Vou fazer brigadeiro, pao de mel e bicho de pe como docinhos...e os salgadinhos vamos encomendar desse mercadinho.. o ken vai fazer o bolo .. putz vai ser muito louco tudo isso :lol:

aqui vai uma receitinha basica de rissoles.. o recheio voces escolhem

Ingredientes

1 e 1/2 xícara (chá) de água

1 e 1/2 xícara (chá) de leite

1 colher (sopa) de margarina

1 colher (chá) de sal

3 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo

Para empanar:

1 ovo batido

2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de rosca

Óleo para fritar

Modo de Preparo

Leve ao fogo a água, o leite, a margarina e o sal. Quando estiver fervendo, junte a farinha de trigo de uma vez, e mexa bem até cozinhar e despregar do fundo da panela. Desligue o fogo e deixe esfriar. Abra a massa com um rolo, corte os rissoles em círculos, usando a boca de um copo, recheie a massa cuidadosamente e feche-os bem. Passe pelo ovo, depois na farinha de rosca. Frite-os em óleo quente até dourar, retire e deixe escorrer em papel absorvente. Sirva a seguir.

Ai, risole de camarão. Ai ai ai! Meus tios fazem salgadinho pra festa e os dele são demais!!!! E minha prima faz tortas MARAVILHOSAS! Eles têm uma fábrica em casa e uma empresa de salgados e bolos pra festa, além de uma lanchonete. Ai que saudade dos salgadinhos deles!

Deve dar muito trabalho fazer salgadinhos, mas eu gostaria de tentar um dia. O problema também é a fritura, eu sempre passo mal com fritura, odeio o cheiro que fica na cozinha.
