Eu compro queso fresco aqui, mas é mais não é nada como o nosso queijo minas molhadinho. É mais duro, mais seco, e não tem gosto de queijo minas. :lol:

Here you go, Lis. Não sei se você já achou, mas ontem recebi meu pacote de comida online - fizemos o pedido dia 20 de dezembro e deram um prazo de 4 dias, enfim, além de tudo eles não me enviaram tudo que eu pedi, então não estarei comprando com eles novamente. O site é brazilexplore . Eu recebi um catálogo com vátios produtos e advertisings de coisas brasileiras para quem mora aqui nos States. Aí me deparei com essa receita de bolo de morango que leva gelatina em folha. Me bateu a idéia, duh, google it.

meninas, alguém além da Laura e sua experiência traumática, comprou panela de pressão aqui nos States? Eu não quero comprar uma que não funciona e as que eu vi online são meio estranhas, diferente das que a gente usa no Brasil:

A gente vai estar indo nesta loja que vende a pressure pan 5, pois compramos uma cama nova e também temos um gift certificate para comprar roupa de cama etc, vamos aproveitar. Será que eu corro o risco e compro aquela panela? Agora fiquei com medo de gastar dinheiro e depois não funciona.

sim sim sim, o pessoal que mora na Florida, California, NY tem essa vantagem, fica tudo mais fácil pois tem muito brasileiro e mexicano, etc por lá. Mas qual o brasileiro que vem morar em Kansas? :bonk:

Pra ser queijo minas as "vaca" tem que "cume" capim daqui, uai! :lol:

Fazer queijo frescal é super fácil, mas precisa achar o coalho. Vou tentar descobrir o nome em inglês e espanhol (procê, Laura) e depois coloco a receita aqui. A vantagem é que dá pra fazer o queijo super light e fica "igualin" ao Frescatino.

Eu lembro que a gente fazia queijo fresca na fazenda, mas eu não sei se tenho a paciência de fazer as coisas. :lol:

Mas de vez em quando deve ser legal, né?

Nessa, a minha que não funciona é tipo a 4 que você postou. Eu vou pedir pra minha mãe trazer uma do Brasil quando ela vier me visitar, ou vou trazer uma quando eu for ao Brasil, o que acontecer primeiro. Minha sogra tem uma super cara que também não funciona. Acho que as borrachas que ele usam (transparentes, diferentes) é que dão problema.
