Eu fiz uns sugar cookies hoje!! Receita brasileira. Estou fazendo uns "homemade" gifts prá algumas pessoas. E esse biscoitinho é uma delícia!

1 xícara de farinha

1/4 xícara de açúcar

1/2 xícara de manteiga (temperatura ambiente ou posto no microondas por 20 segundos prá ficar maleável)

1 colher (café) de essência de baunilha

Pré-aquecer o forno a 350 graus Farenheit (180 Celsius). Misturar todos os ingredientes com a mão até formar uma massa uniforme (é um bom exercício, pois demora pelo menos uns 5 minutos!). Fazer bolinhas e colocar na assadeira. Amassar as bolinhas com um garfo, de leve (só prá achatar um pouco). Assar por 20-25 minutos. Voilá!!!!!

A minha vizinha me deu um pacote ontem com 12 cookies que você abre, já vem cortado e tudo e põe no forno por 7 minutos e voila. O Charles nem sabia que eu não tinha feito os cookies, achou que eu tinha feito a massa e tals, não simplesmente aberto um pacote, eu nem falei nada mas hoje ele me pediu para que eu fizesse mais fino senão pode ficar meio ''cru'' no meio, aí eu tive que dizer que os cookies na verdade já vem prontos e ele falou ah tentando me enganar né? :lol: Mas agora eu me empolguei e comprei uns 4 pacotes diferentes e vou fazer assim. Hoje nós fizemos um pedido online de alguns produtos que não acho no Brasil, vou poder fazer bolo com fermento Royal e pavê pois pedi bolacha maisena. Aí eu não escapo de cozinhar :P Por enquanto vou fingir que sou americana e comprar pronto mesmo :devil: Ele vive me dizendo que as americanas são bem lazy, compram tudo pronto :whistle:

Eu fiz prá dar de presente!! Mas lógico que comi alguns...hahahahahaahahaha...

O Scott me mandou jogar fora o cookie dough daqueles cookies que eu fiz no outro dia (e coloquei no freezer!) porque ele estava abrindo o pacote e comendo tudo! Hahahahahahahahahahahaha!

Mas Nessa, agora sério...é uma questão de equilíbrio...um dia a gente come demais e no outro compensa! O pior é que aqui tem tanta coisa gostosa...eu adoro as coisas mais engordativas! Hahhahahhaaha...

É mesmo, os americanos sabem fazer coisa boa e bem engordiet :P Se lembra que eu te disse que um dos meus pecados é ice cream ( o teu é cookies), então, outro dia comprei esse Blue Bell com chocolate, pecans, brownies e outras coisitchas e me arrependi, porque é muuuuuuuuuuito bom e eu não consigo comer só um pouco. O jeito é não comprar mais, sério menina, é como uma droga, agora eu entendo porque algumas pessoas simplesmente não conseguem parar de fumar ou cheirar ou whatever crack, eu sou assim com ice cream :wacko::lol: eu preciso de uma ice cream rehab :lol::lol:
